Time is always a factor in looking at how to engage our school-level staff in meaningful professional inquiry and professional development. In this model, teachers are met where they are, both figuratively and literally. Sessions were designed to support their understanding of applying culturally relevant pedagogy in the mathematics classroom as a team in each school.
